This notice explains how to manage cookies, advertising-related data use, marketing communications, and privacy requests for Salt Rips Now LLC. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to information we handle through our store and customer relationships.
Opt out of data sharing and targeted advertising
Use our data sharing opt-out page to submit applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising opt-out choices:

You can also email service@saltripsnow.net to submit an opt-out request or obtain assistance. You do not need to make a purchase to submit a request. Opting out does not stop the information processing needed to complete orders, provide support, prevent fraud, or meet legal requirements.
Some Shopify services may qualify as sharing or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Available legal rights depend on your residence and the laws that apply to our business.
Manage cookie consent
Our cookie consent banner is active. Use its available controls to accept or reject optional categories. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Essential technologies support functions such as the cart, checkout, and security; blocking them may affect store functions.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it using the applicable controls. Browser or device choices may need to be repeated if you switch devices or browsers or clear stored preferences. Contact us if you cannot access the controls.
Global Privacy Control
We honor legally required recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for covered processing. If your browser offers this signal, enable it in the browser or a supported extension. The signal generally applies to the browser or device sending it; use the opt-out page or email us for help with other applicable requests.
Shopify and current store settings
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. Shopify uses information from customer interactions across merchants and its services to provide enhanced features. We currently have no separately installed advertising pixels or marketing apps active. That does not eliminate processing by Shopify’s enabled services.
Shopify provides its own privacy controls at https://privacy.shopify.com and describes its practices at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. Requests concerning information Shopify processes independently may need to be submitted directly to Shopify.

Unsubscribe from marketing
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or email service@saltripsnow.net. If you subscribe to marketing texts in the future, follow the opt-out instructions in those messages. We do not require optional marketing consent to buy products.
Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary messages about orders, delivery, payments, security, or customer service.
Access correct delete or obtain your information
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to personal information, a copy in a portable format, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or an applicable opt-out. Some records must be retained for legal compliance, taxes, fraud prevention, transactions, or disputes.
Email service@saltripsnow.net with a subject such as Privacy request and explain what you want us to do. Provide your name and the email address associated with your interaction with us. Include an order number only if relevant. Do not send a full payment card number, account password, or government identification unless we specifically request appropriate verification through a secure method.
Verification agents and appeals
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity before fulfilling an access, correction, or deletion request. We will not require unnecessary information for an opt-out request. An authorized agent may act for you where permitted by law; we may need proof of authority.
We will respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain relevant exceptions, and provide required notice of any permitted extension. If a request is denied and applicable law provides an appeal right, email service@saltripsnow.net with Privacy appeal in the subject line and identify the request. We will explain the appeal outcome and any further complaint options required by law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising legally protected privacy rights.
Marketplace purchases and other services
For purchases through eBay, TCGplayer, or another marketplace, use that platform’s controls for information it handles independently. You may still contact us concerning information we receive and handle for our transactions. The same distinction applies to independent payment, grading, authentication, and social media services.
