These Terms of Service govern your use of the Salt Rips Now LLC online store at www.saltripsnow.net and purchases made directly from us. We sell sports cards, trading card game products, graded cards, sealed products, memorabilia, and related merchandise. In these terms, we, us, and our mean Salt Rips Now LLC.
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. Our Return Policy and Shipping Policy form part of the purchase terms. Our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices notice explain our information practices and privacy controls. Mandatory marketplace rules govern transactions completed through a third-party marketplace.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order independently. A parent or guardian must complete purchases for minors who cannot legally contract. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. Keep your account credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
Products condition and authenticity
Read the complete listing and review photographs before buying. Raw card condition is described in the listing; it is not a promise of a future professional grade. Grades and certifications for slabbed cards are assigned by the identified grading company. Images may be representative where the listing expressly says so; photographs of a specific numbered or unique item identify that item unless otherwise stated.
Sealed product contents, particular hits, card values, and resale profits are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Bulk lots may include duplicates unless the listing states otherwise. Memorabilia may show age or wear and is sold as is subject to its description and any express authenticity statements. Certificates and authentication materials are included only when specified. These terms do not excuse materially inaccurate listings, counterfeit items, or undisclosed material damage.
Prices payment and order acceptance
Prices, available inventory, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown in the listing or at checkout. Payment authorization is required to process an order. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order, rather than acceptance; we accept an order when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the merchandise.
If a material pricing or inventory error prevents fulfillment, we will notify you and cancel and refund the affected order, or seek your agreement to corrected terms. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. We may decline an order for suspected fraud or another legitimate reason and refund amounts collected for merchandise we will not supply.
Promotions and preorders
Discounts and promotions follow their disclosed eligibility, dates, quantities, exclusions, and combination rules. A promotion does not apply retroactively unless stated. Preorders follow the shipment window disclosed before purchase. Release or shipment delays do not remove cancellation and refund rights provided by law.
Final sales shipping and order problems
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except for the limited circumstances in our Return Policy or rights required by applicable law or marketplace rules. We do not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns because prices change, a card grades below expectations, or sealed product contents disappoint.
In-stock orders normally ship within 1–3 business days unless a different timeframe is disclosed before purchase. Carrier transit time is separate. Our Shipping Policy addresses rates, packaging, tracking, international duties, and delivery problems. If we cannot ship on time, we will provide the delay and cancellation options required by law.
Report damaged, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed items to service@saltripsnow.net promptly. We request notice of visible shipment issues within 7 calendar days of delivery when possible; this request does not shorten legal or marketplace rights. Obtain written return authorization before sending merchandise back.
Permitted use and customer content
Use the store lawfully. Do not submit false payment information, impersonate someone, introduce malicious software, bypass access controls, interfere with the store, or use it to sell or promote counterfeit or stolen goods. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use without withholding a remedy owed for an existing order.
You retain ownership of photographs or information you submit. You authorize us to use that material only as reasonably needed to evaluate a collection offer, complete a transaction, provide support, or otherwise carry out your request. Public reviews may be displayed with the name or identifier you choose. Do not include another person’s private information without permission.
Intellectual property and third parties
Our original branding, text, and other original website materials belong to us or our licensors. Product trademarks, card designs, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Buying an item does not transfer intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce our original website materials commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
Shopify hosts our store. Marketplaces, payment providers, grading companies, authentication services, and linked websites operate under their own terms. We are responsible for our own representations and transactions; these terms do not make independent third parties our agents.
Warranties and limits of liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access or investment returns from collectibles. To the extent permitted by law, website access is provided as available. Any product disclaimer is subject to the listing, express promises, and consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative resale losses arising from use of the website or merchandise. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not limit refunds or remedies owed for an incorrect, damaged, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed item.
Disputes changes and contact
Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve an issue. Tennessee law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without displacing mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to a court, regulator, or statutory remedy.
We may revise these terms prospectively and post an updated effective date. Terms accepted for an existing order are not changed retroactively without a lawful basis or your agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
