Salt Rips Now LLC ships sports cards, trading card game products, graded cards, sealed products, and memorabilia using packaging and services suited to the order. Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are shown at checkout or in the applicable marketplace listing.
Order processing
In-stock orders normally ship within 1–3 business days after we receive a complete order, including payment authorization and accurate shipping information, unless a different timeframe is stated before purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you of the delay, provide an updated date when available, and offer cancellation and a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise as required by law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amounts paid for them, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Rates free shipping and combined orders
Shipping charges depend on destination, package size, weight, order contents, and selected service. Any free-shipping offer applies only to the products, destinations, and conditions stated in that offer. We do not promise free shipping on every order.
Multiple items in one order may be packed together or shipped separately for protection or fulfillment needs. Separate orders are not automatically combined, and combining them does not automatically qualify for a shipping refund. We will not add an undisclosed shipping charge after purchase without your agreement.
Cards sealed products and memorabilia
Raw cards are protected with sleeves and suitable rigid or semi-rigid protection, or secure bulk packaging appropriate to the quantity. Graded cards are cushioned to protect their holders. Sealed products and memorabilia are packed to reduce movement, crushing, and impact damage.
Eligible marketplace card orders may ship by the marketplace’s approved envelope service. Other orders use an appropriate parcel service. Envelope eligibility follows the platform’s current rules. Shopify orders do not automatically qualify for eBay Standard Envelope.
Tracking and delivery estimates
When available, shipment confirmation and tracking or delivery-confirmation details are provided through the order email or selling platform. Some envelope services provide limited scans rather than continuous parcel tracking. A created shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the package.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs may affect transit. Selecting faster shipping does not shorten order processing unless expressly stated.
Shipping addresses and delivery requirements
Please confirm your address before ordering, including apartment or suite numbers. Contact us immediately to request an address change; changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Marketplace orders must follow the platform’s address and seller-protection requirements.
We may require a signature for high-value, oversized, or sensitive shipments. Where a signature requirement is part of the service, the recipient must arrange to accept delivery. P.O. boxes and certain destinations may not support every shipping method.
Lost damaged or missing shipments
For damage, incorrect items, or missing contents, follow our Return Policy and contact us promptly. Please report visible shipment issues within 7 calendar days of delivery when possible, keeping the item, shipping label, and packaging. This requested period does not limit legal or marketplace rights.
If tracking shows delivery but the shipment is missing, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier, then contact us. A delivery scan does not automatically resolve every claim. We will review the available information and work with you and the carrier to investigate.
For a shipment believed lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate and pursue any available carrier or insurance claim. A carrier claim does not replace or delay a refund or other remedy required by law or marketplace rules.
Undeliverable refused and returned packages
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, contact us to arrange a resolution. For a problem caused by the buyer, additional actual shipping charges may apply to an agreed reshipment. Any lawful deduction from a discretionary refund will be disclosed and limited to actual nonrecoverable shipping costs. We do not charge an automatic restocking penalty.
If the delivery problem results from our error, we will cover reasonable corrective shipping costs. Mandatory refund rights remain applicable.
Preorders and international shipments
Preorders follow the estimated shipment date or window disclosed in the listing. Release dates may change. An order containing preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are available only when that arrangement is disclosed before purchase or agreed to afterward. Delay and cancellation rights remain applicable.
International shipping is offered only to destinations enabled at checkout or through the selling marketplace. Customers are responsible for import duties and local taxes unless the checkout expressly states they are included. Customs declarations use accurate descriptions and values; we do not mark purchases as gifts. Customs processing may extend transit time.
